Transforming and Fund Raising!

Yes, tiara and tea!

Greetings my little owls of delight, magic horses of the windy fields! I was taking a look at my old bloggie - Creative Meowser Land - and am astonished with how much there is to read. I recall The Painter (haven't seen him for ages) saying I revealed too much, but damn, it was fun to write. I also realise how much I've neglected my writing in the last couple of years; with-holding things from myself that I love! I am creating a life I do truly love, accepting myself more deeply, and I'm also getting better at recognising what people are truly communicating.

I am still doing a lot of learning and transforming with the courses offered through Landmark. Landmark courses are self development and coaching without all the books! Learning is experiential. I have now done The Forum (the first course), The Advanced Course, Access To Communication (fantastic!) and am still involved in the Self Expression and Leadership Programme.

There are many ways to awaken, or to get motivated, but for results and value for money I am pretty impressed with Landmark. It isn't for people who need 'fixing' or for those who are mentally unwell or possibly too fragile, so if you do consider doing it, bear that in mind. You need to be prepared as the course days are so long, but in my opinion, that's also what makes it effective. It's hard to hold up a facade when you're tired!

The project I'm working on as part of my Self Expression and Leadership Programme is fund raising for a women's refuge (from domestic violence) in NZ. It's called The Quality Cothing Swap and is at 20 Ponsonby Terrace, Ponsonby, Auckland on the 24th October 2015. It's between 1 and 5pm, people pay $10 if they bring clothes to swap, and they're in to win a little box of World Organic goodies I've sponsored. Ooh fun! A woman called Michelle is a big part of making this a success - she's bringing clothing racks and mannequins to make it professional and glam. I'm going to call her Magic Michelle! So if you are in Auckland and want to score some cute clothes and offload some clean and quality ones you no longer wear - come on in!
