There are many ways to awaken, or to get motivated, but for results and value for money I am pretty impressed with Landmark. It isn't for people who need 'fixing' or for those who are mentally unwell or possibly too fragile, so if you do consider doing it, bear that in mind. You need to be prepared as the course days are so long, but in my opinion, that's also what makes it effective. It's hard to hold up a facade when you're tired!
The project I'm working on as part of my Self Expression and Leadership Programme is fund raising for a women's refuge (from domestic violence) in NZ. It's called The Quality Cothing Swap and is at 20 Ponsonby Terrace, Ponsonby, Auckland on the 24th October 2015. It's between 1 and 5pm, people pay $10 if they bring clothes to swap, and they're in to win a little box of World Organic goodies I've sponsored. Ooh fun! A woman called Michelle is a big part of making this a success - she's bringing clothing racks and mannequins to make it professional and glam. I'm going to call her Magic Michelle! So if you are in Auckland and want to score some cute clothes and offload some clean and quality ones you no longer wear - come on in!
