Only time to write a tiny amount, and the tiny amount is this: transformation is indeed occurring in my life.
Evidence: Since doing The Landmark Forum in February I have
1) Got another job that I like (P.A and Caregiver for 'Bird')
2) The job involves walking a dog which means I'm also getting fit
3) I got to practice saying 'no' to a situation in which my integrity would have been compromised (even though it meant saying no to pleasure and the fantasy of being 'loved').
Since doing the Advanced Course through The Landmark Forum a few weeks ago I have found I am changing physically and mentally. Old thought patterns I've been addicted to all my life are coming up and up ... and out.
